Enjoy a 14-hour rental of the Whispering Oaks property from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM offering ample time for preparation, ceremony, celebration, and thoughtful moments throughout your day.
(From 10-11pm, whispering Oaks staff will complete venue, cleanup of the barn and common areas)

Custom horse trailer for desserts, beverages, or photo opportunities, professionally curated by our in-house décor team and styled in timeless, neutral décor for every wedding.
Venue Management & On-Site Support
• A dedicated on-site venue manager will be present throughout your wedding day to support the bride, family, and vendors, ensuring every detail flows smoothly. She serves as the primary point of contact for vendors, so the bride and her family can remain fully present and enjoy the day without logistical concerns.
• When scheduled in advance, the venue manager may also be available for the rehearsal evening to provide guidance and light coordination for the bridal rehearsal.
• Our professional staff team will be on-site to assist with guest arrival and parking, provide golf cart transportation for guests who may need support getting to the ceremony or reception spaces, and offer attentive oversight throughout the celebration.
• During the reception, our staff remains available to ensure the venue, spaces, and guest experience are thoughtfully cared for. At the conclusion of the evening, our team manages end-of-night responsibilities, including venue cleanup, so families can depart with ease and peace of mind.
COVENANT PACKAGE

The Whispering Oaks Covenant Package is designed for celebrations of up to 75 guests, where closeness, connection, and meaning take center stage within a boutique venue setting.
Created for couples who value intimacy, simplicity, and purpose, the Covenant Package offers a refined and elevated wedding experience in a smaller, more personal environment. It is ideal for those who desire a celebration that feels warm, intentional, and deeply relational.
The Covenant Package includes the same thoughtfully curated amenities and features as the Whispering Oaks Signature Package, beautifully scaled for an intimate guest experience of up to 75 guests.
SIP & CELEBRATE ADD ON
$1,200
Our Sip & Celebrate Package allows couples to provide their own beer, wine, and select malt beverages for their reception while enjoying the peace of mind of professional service.
This package includes a licensed bartender and security for the duration of your event. Couples are responsible for purchasing and supplying their own beverages and may take any unopened beverages home at the end of the evening.
Approved Beverages Include:
• Beer (maximum of three beer selections)
• Wine
• Hard seltzers
• Canned malt beverages such as High Noon, Truly, Mike’s Hard Lemonade, etc.
Please Note:
• Hard liquor is not permitted.
• Glass bottles are not permitted. (Bottled wine is permitted)
• Beer is limited to a maximum of three selections.
• Couples are responsible for providing all beverages.
• Any unopened beverages remaining at the end of the evening may be taken home by the couple.
The Sip & Celebrate Package provides a fun and relaxed way to enhance your reception while ensuring beverages are served responsibly by our professional staff.
OPTIONAL BRIDAL SUITES
Can be added to any package for an additional $675.
We offer a bridal suite as well as a groom suite. Each location is $675.
Package prices are subject to change and a reservation is not complete until a signed rental agreement has been submitted with a non-refundable deposit of 1/3 of the price.
